The Tampa Bay Business Hall of Fame, hosted by the Florida Council on Economic Education (FCEE), recently announced the induction of an esteemed new member, Dan Doyle Jr., the pioneering force behind DEX Imaging. The Hall of Fame, established to recognize individuals for their noteworthy achievements and contributions to the business community, saw fit to acknowledge Doyle’s tireless efforts at the induction ceremony held on Friday, May 19, 2023 at the Tampa Hilton Downtown. The FCEE, which was created back in 1975 to ensure that Florida K-12 students receive education about economics and the free enterprise system, takes great pride in acknowledging the efforts of individuals who are “Growing a Better Tomorrow.”

Doyle, known for his leadership, service and significant contributions in the business realm, joins the illustrious Class of 2023 as part of the Hall of Fame members. The event not only celebrates the extraordinary achievements of Doyle and his fellow honorees, but also supports the critical work of the FCEE in equipping young people for their financial futures. The organization utilizes funds raised during this event to provide essential resources to teachers and students, promoting economic and personal finance education in K-12 schools throughout the Gulf Coast region and Florida.

As a 501(c)3 organization, the FCEE encourages individuals and corporations to contribute to its mission and programs. Sponsorship packages are available, offering a generous way to show support for an inductee like Dan Doyle Jr., existing Hall of Fame members, or the dedicated teachers and students in the community. These sponsorships help ensure that the FCEE can continue to offer its vital educational programs and support centers for Economic Education that train K-12 teachers in economics, entrepreneurship, personal finance, and the free enterprise system, aligning with Florida’s Next Generation Sunshine State Standards.
