ENX published its annual “Difference Maker” list in their May 2024 issue, showcasing a select group of professionals from across the United States. Erik Cagle, editorial director, wrote, ”The Difference Makers get things done, regardless of the degree of difficulty, because they’re predisposed to critical thinking and problem solving.”
He continued, “A part-time receptionist upon her arrival (38 years ago), she’s repeatedly shown her versatility in myriad roles including equipment and supply sales, sales leads, quotes and follow-ups, contract billing and accounts receivable. As office manager, she’s also involved with employee training.”
Murphy, a 38-year veteran of Bay Copy, first joined the company as a part-time receptionist and has held numerous positions with the company throughout the years.
