Many of you have heard of the Pros Elite Group from their Pros Elite 100 certification program. This sales training process is used by some of the biggest dealers in this industry is widely regarded for its success rate.

Late in 2019, Pros Elite Group started making noise about a new program they’re offering called PIVOT. PIVOT is a tool for sales and service sides of a dealership allowing managers, technicians and sales to coordinate their accounts, balance and correct territories based on customer potential, reduce out of box inventory and more.

It’s been well over a year since we checked in with Jerry Newberry, Steve Rolla and Jeff Kelly so it was time for Andy Slawetsky of Industry Analysts to find out What’s Happenin’ with the industry’s most interesting dashboard.
