Xerox sold a large portion of its 137-acre Wilsonville campus Dec. 2, a spokesman with the company confirmed.

Approximately 102 acres were sold to Portland-based real estate banking firm ScanlanKemperBard, which partnered with Oaktree Capital Management for the acquisition. The Portland Business Journal reports that the sale price was $32.7 million.

Buildings 60, 61 and 83 were sold as a part of the transaction, and jointly account for around 625,000 square feet of corporate, manufacturing and warehouse space. The 35 acres Xerox retained include building 63, where the company houses its color printing operation.
