Precision Copy Products, Inc. Welcomes New Era with Unchanging Commitment

Pittsburgh, PA – [Date] Precision Copy Products, Inc. is excited to share news of a strategic refinement to our leadership structure, designed to bolster the company’s trajectory while maintaining the exceptional service standards our clients have come to expect.

In 2001, a trio of visionary entrepreneurs, Tom Pickford, Lynn Pickford, and Julie Bubanovich, purchased Precision Copy Products, setting the stage for a legacy of customer-focused service and community engagement. Even as we evolve, our core values and mission statement crafted in 2002—to deliver maximum satisfaction through reliability, service, and product quality—continue to be the bedrock of our operations. As we navigate forward, we warmly welcome Mike Vaughn and Vinnie Deleonibus to our ownership group. Mike and Vinnie, who bring over four decades of combined industry expertise, share a collegiate bond from their days at Washington and Jefferson College, where their camaraderie was forged on the football field and in the halls of academia. Their addition signifies a strengthening of the foundation upon which Precision stands.

Precision’s journey is one marked by resilience, having weathered the challenges of 9/11, the global pandemic, and the heartfelt loss of Tom Pickford in January 2022. Yet, the spirit of perseverance and unity within our team has never wavered, allowing us to conclude 2023 with the strongest financial performance to date and a growing, robust team.

Looking to the horizon, Precision Copy Products is not just embracing change; we’re spearheading it. Our planned branding campaign in 2024 will reflect our evolving identity while paying homage to the principles that have defined our past success and diversifying its product offerings with the introduction of EV Chargers and Postage Equipment. It’s business as usual at Precision, but with an infusion of new energy and ideas.

We continue to prioritize the relationships with our clients and the well-being of our employees, who are the heart of our operations. Recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work for seven consecutive years, we know our strength lies in our people and the culture we’ve cultivated together. As Julie Bubanovich embarks on the path to retirement, we hold true to her principle of Service First, Success Always. This message resonates at every level of our service and will continue to be the beacon that guides us.

Precision Copy Products invites you to witness this new chapter, where tradition meets innovation, and resilience paves the way for success.
