DEX Imaging has acquired technology reseller Hendrix Business Systems in North Carolina.
According to their website, Hendrix opened in 1976 and they are authorized resellers for Sharp, Canon, HP and Xerox.
They are also partners with NT-ware and PaperCut for print management technology.
The acquisition was for an undisclosed amount. More information on this as it becomes available.
