DEX Imaging LLC, the largest independent dealer of document imaging technology in the United States, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Copyforce, Inc., dba Gulf Business Systems (GBS), headquartered in Sarasota, Florida.
Founded in 1972 and later acquired by President/Owner Martin Hyde in 1997, GBS is a single-line Kyocera dealership that has proudly served Southwest Florida for over 50 years.
