Bill Melo, VP of Marketing and Strategic Business Development at Toshiba America Business Solutions, joined Andy Slawetsky on the latest episode of the What’s Happenin’ podcast to talk about office equipment and business technology.

They also explored the impact of Toshiba’s Elevate Sky Cloud program on the business operations of office equipment resellers, particularly in service, sales, and back-office functions. Toshiba’s early investment in cloud technology is proving beneficial, with subscription services becoming increasingly popular.

In addition, they discussed the potential of Toshiba’s thermal label printers. This area represents a significant opportunity for many dealers. Notably, selling these thermal printers doesn’t require being a Toshiba copier/printer dealer, as Toshiba welcomes conversations with interested parties across various markets.
