The 2021 IBPI Regional Meeting will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort in Orlando, FL, July 20-22, 2021.
IBPI will pay for one room for each dealer at the Contemporary on July 20 and July 21. In order to qualify for this free room, you must attend all of the Regional Meeting events.
The Regional Meeting will begin with a Welcome Reception on Tuesday July 20 at the hotel. Come join us for an evening of celebration and networking with our Partners and your peers.
On Wednesday, July 21, we will begin with Breakfast followed by our traditional speed dating format with our vendor sponsors. We will have a few speakers to break up the day.
On Wednesday evening, we will hand out Disney park passes that will allow your entry into one of the Disney Parks after 5pm. The passes will only be good for July 21, 2021. IBPI will provide one pass for each member attending the Regional Meeting. You are welcome to purchase additional passes for any guests that may be traveling with you.
On Thursday, following breakfast, we will wrap up the Regional Meeting with a half day schedule. We will have you out in time to grab some lunch and head to the airport or stick around and go to the parks.
VERY IMPORTANT:
If you are interested in extending your stay at Disney, please register as soon as possible and give us your desired arrival and departure dates. We do have some availability the weekend before and the weekend after the Regional Meeting. These extra rooms go very fast, so please let us know. The room rate for additional nights is $299 per night plus tax. If you have more than 2 persons in the room over 18 years old, there will be an additional $35 per night fee.
Currently, Disney is requiring a reservation to visit one of their theme parks. The calendar showing reservation availability can be found here. If you plan to visit the parks during your trip, please register for the IBPI meeting and then make your park reservations ASAP.
