Last week was eventful in the world of office technology with several companies making announcements and changes.
Konica Minolta announced a restructuring, while HP revealed new product enhancements and solutions for their PageWide Advantage line.
Canon also made an announcement, establishing a new security website and introducing their next generation of high-speed, web-fed inkjet printers for the commercial print market called the ProStream 3000 Series.
Umango and partner ecoprintQ made headlines with the release of Version 23, which introduces AI technology to the masses. There were also discussions about AI’s impact on the DCA (Document Capture and Automation) industry from CEO Juice.
In other news, several companies underwent changes to their executive staff, including Kyocera.
POA and ACDI teamed up to provide the Portland Trailblazers with EV Charging Stations.
Fisher’s and Xerox Kyocera Office Technology Dealer DocuGraphics made acquisitions, while Novatech partnered with DocuWare. Pulse Technology participated in the 22nd Annual Technology Assurance Group (TAG) Convention in Charleston, South Carolina, and Loffler Companies was recognized on CRN’s 2023 MSP 500 Pioneer 250 List for excellence in managed IT service.
Epson made a few announcements as well, including settling a projector brightness case with Anker and showcasing their on-demand color label printing at Natural Products Expo West.
Their new compact WorkForce Enterprise AM Series also caught the attention of the industry.
Epson’s OmniLink TM-M30III and TM-M30III-H POS receipt printers are now available.
Lastly, Parker PowerSales LLC joined the Consortium, while SalesChain hired in all departments.
