Xerox submitted a Workforce Adjustment & Retraining Notification Act letter to the Texas Workforce Commission earlier this month saying that business conditions with its client, Sprint Corp. (NYSE: S), had changed, leading to the call center’s closure on Sept. 30. The center is located at 3100 Hayes Road.
