ICD’s solution, DOPiX-CCM, supports CCM implementations across multiple vertical industry segments, including Financial Services, Insurance, and Utilities. CCS features their capabilities in these same industry verticals, which provided the rationale for the partnership. Because of ICD’s ability to provide their CCM solution across multiple platforms, including IBM mainframes, CCS will be able to support their client’s requirements regardless of the implementation desired.
