Each year, the Business Technology Association provides a comprehensive look at the performance of office technology hardware vendors/manufacturers based on the balloting of independent dealers. As an independent dealer, please rate your vendors’ performance in the areas listed in the survey below. The results will determine the winners of the association’s 2017 Channel’s Choice Awards.

Instructions: Please name and rate the PRIMARY (the brand that accounts for the most revenue) and SECONDARY (the brand that accounts for the second highest revenue) vendor/manufacturer with whom you do the most business. Please answer all questions for both your primary and secondary provider in each performance area. Toward the end of the survey are three additional categories to rate third-party providers: Remanufactured Cartridges, Leasing and Wholesale Distributor.
