Five people convicted in a scheme to defraud Xerox of nearly $5.6 million were sentenced in federal court in Rochester on Tuesday.
The five people sent bills to Xerox through Clarkson Auto Electric for work they never performed on equipment between 2002 and 2007. Each was ordered to pay restitution to Xerox.
