MELVILLE, N.Y., April 24, 2024 – Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, is proud to announce the promotion of Matthew Baroletti to vice president and general manager, Engineering Services and Solutions, Business Information Communications Group, Canon U.S.A., Inc., effective April 1, 2024.

Mr. Baroletti joined Canon U.S.A., Inc. in March of 1989. He began his career as a service training development specialist in Canon’s “office equipment” service organization, which covered training development, connectivity support, and copier engine diagnostics. Over the years, Mr. Baroletti was promoted to management positions across the hardware and software engineering, technical support, and Engineering Services and Solutions technology teams.

In his most recent position as senior director, Mr. Baroletti led the Engineering, Technical Support Center, and Technology Systems teams as they worked closely with Canon Inc. to continuously enhance the quality and serviceability of the enterprise and production engines.
