Intelligent Managed Print Services™ (iMPS) is a rapid assessment utility for the auto-discovery and collection of asset information for support of sales activities, usage analysis and facilities management.

Rapid assessment

MWAi’s iMPS delivers a quick assessment of connected equipment within an end-user network. Equipment can be discovered based on pre-defined IP addresses or an open range to ensure that all equipment is captured. Discovered equipment is polled for meter reads, consumable levels and status to provide immediate visibility to the entire fleet.

Pre-sales and facilities management

iMPS can be installed at an end-user location for ongoing monitoring of the fleet. This enables the collection of data over a period of time for the development of trend reports in support of sales proposals. Data collection can be accomplished on demand or at pre-scheduled intervals. Data collected can be exported to sales proposal and sales automation tools for advanced reporting and analysis.

Data delivery

The iMPS solution can deliver information into a variety of IT systems such as ERP/CRM solutions, Intelligent Service and IntelliDashboard. These load files can also be utilized to load equipment into the IDM infrastructure for enterprise asset management.
