SEATTLE: Kelley Connect is continuing to deepen its bench of technology offerings with the recent the acquisition of Oasys, a Burlington, WA company. It’s the second acquisition in Northwest Washington in the past six months as they continue to expand their footprint across the Pacific Northwest.

Kelley CEO Aric Manion said the Oasys acquisition represents a further commitment to their customer base with an additional set of technology solutions for small to mid-sized businesses.

“The merger with Oasys Imaging and Oasys TECH is strategic for Kelley Connect,” said Manion. “We’re focused on making sure we have head-to-toe solutions for the massively expanding mid-sized business base. People are returning to offices, and many of those offices are only getting bigger.”

The Oasys group represented specific technology expertise and already has an execution team in place.

“When we do these mergers, our focus is on keeping and expanding the team the company already has in place,” continued Manion. “We’re not buying a building; we’re merging our teams.”

Oasys CEP Troy Wright echoed Manion’s sentiment. “When Angie and I made the decision a couple years ago to develop an exit strategy, we lined out what was important to us,” said Wright. “First, not only make sure our clients continue to receive the level of support they are accustomed to from Oasys but offer them a greater depth and breadth of services. And secondly, provide our employees equal to or better opportunities for their careers. Kelley Connect hit those boxes and then some.”

Manion said one of the most attractive aspects of these technology mergers is the scalability of their services.

“This addition doesn’t just give us a presence in Burlington, it gives each of our locations access to the technology and services that office delivers,” Manion said. “We’re growing exponentially because a single office addition means more resources for every other location.”
