Kyocera Document Solutions America has identified a serious security vulnerability in its Kyocera Net Manager (KNM) software and is urging customers to apply an update to address it.

The vulnerability, assigned CVE-2024-22076, allows an attacker to execute remote code on affected systems without authentication. By being able to edit PHP scripts used by KNM, a malicious party could potentially perform data exfiltration or other harmful actions within the web application.

Customers should contact their dealer, authorized reseller, or servicing agent immediately to check if their systems are affected and to obtain the necessary updates.
