ORLANDO, FL – FP Mailing Solutions Dealer Summit was a 2-day event hosted in the city of Orlando, bringing together office equipment resellers, partners and industry consultants for learning, networking, and to hear about the product roadmap.

The summit kicked off with breakfast, then moved into “The Wonderful World of FP,” where Michael Hannon, Managing Director for North America, introduced the latest company updates and set the tone for the event.

A key moment on the first day was the product launch, where attendees to got to hear about the new solutions FP Mailing Solutions is bringing to the market, poised to change how businesses handle their mailing needs.

Following a networking break where sponsor tables were open for visits, West McDonald presented “AI-Driven Efficiency: Boosting Workflow & EBITDA in 2024.” AI has been one of the hottest topics of the last year and dealers are hungry to learn how to effectively use it in their businesses.

The rest of the day was centered around breakout sessions, allowing for a more granular presentations on a variety of topics. There were lots of familiar faces as FP Mailing kicked off their year.

As the day finished, the group headed to EPCOT for some fun and networking.

The second day of the summit began with a dealer panel session on maintaining company culture, a crucial aspect for any business. Mike Stramaglio hosted this eagerly anticipated panel.

This was followed by more breakout sessions, each designed to equip attendees with actionable insights and strategies to implement in their businesses.

Throughout the summit, the sponsor tables remained active, providing attendees with the chance to interact directly with vendors and partners.
