Ring, president of Xeikon America, was inducted into the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL) Walter E. Soderstrom Society. The induction took place on September 7, 2013, at the Soderstrom Society Awards Dinner in Chicago, Illinois. The Society Screen Shot 2013-10-08 at 9.24.12 AMand the awards are named for the late Walter E. Soderstrom, one of the founders of NAPL. NAPL is a leading trade association for the commercial printing industry. The September function honored 15 industry leaders, including printing firm owners, equipment manufacturers, consultants, and educators.

Reflecting on his induction, Ring said, “The Soderstrom Society is the gold-standard of professional development in our industry. Looking at the names of the Society’s members, and my fellow inductees, was a great reminder of the kind of people we have leading the printing industry. It’s an honor for me personally and reflects well on everyone on the Xeikon team who work with me every day.”
