Ann Arbor, Mich. – Local company will be dropping an unwanted copier from a 60-foot crane at the inaugural Motor City Copier Crush. University Office Technologies of Ann Arbor will be holding a contest surrounding Administrative Professionals’ Day, otherwise known as Secretary’s Day, in which administrative professionals can submit that their copier deserves to be replaced with a brand new one.

The most compelling submission will be chosen as the winning contestant. The winner will watch their old copier being dropped from a 60-foot crane into a dumpster in the parking lot of University Office Technologies. The winner will then receive a brand new Sharp Color Multi-Functional Product (MFP) from University Office Technologies capable of copying, scanning, printing, faxing, including full installation, user training, a service plan and more. This contest will open for submissions beginning on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 and the submission window will close on Friday, April 17 at midnight EST.

The winner will be announced and contacted on Monday, April 20. The copier drop and new copier installation will take place on Administrative Professional’s Day, Wednesday, April 22, 2015. Any administrative professional employed by a company in Wayne, Macomb, Monroe, Oakland, Washtenaw or Livingston counties of Michigan with 10 to 100 employees may enter.

Crane will be provided & professionally operated by JJ Curran Crane Company of Detroit.
