Technicians across the United States compete in Kyocera’s Annual Technical Service Awards for the honor of being named Kyocera’s Top Technician 2015
FAIRFIELD, N.J. – January 18, 2016 – KYOCERA Document Solutions America, one of the world’s leading document solutions companies, today announced the five regional finalists and one national winner in their Kyocera Technical Service Awards 2015.
Craig Doeden from Century Business Products, Inc. (Sioux Falls, SD) of Kyocera’s Midwest Region was named this year’s Kyocera Top Technician, topping over 4000 technicians throughout the United States eligible to participate. Those accepting the challenge had to make their way through three rigorous stages of competition: an initial online test, followed by a regional match-up, with the final stage being held at the national level to determine Kyocera’s Top Technician for 2015.

Top Technician Craig Doeden will be joined by other winners from around the world on a trip to Japan and China to enjoy the local sights, sounds, culture and cuisine, as well as visits to major Kyocera factories and facilities.
