Canon Solutions America continues to strengthen its support of the printing industry

Melville, NY – November 5, 2013 – Canon Solutions America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., today announced that Eric Hawkinson, Director of Marketing, Production Print Solutions division of Canon Solutions America, has been named to the Board of Two Sides US, a non-profit initiative by companies from the Graphic Communication Value Chain.

As a member of the Two Sides Board, Hawkinson is committed to supporting the print community by promoting the responsible production and use of print and paper.

“I’m pleased to be a Board Member of Two Sides,” said Hawkinson. “It’s through true collaboration that we are able to bring about social consciousness and continue to grow our community.”

Bringing Visibility to the Environmentally Friendly
Today many consumers are concerned with their carbon footprint. As such, they may choose electronic options, such as email, ebooks, etc., over printing. What they may not realize is that there are real benefits to printing.
