Melville, NY – September 6, 2013 – Canon Solutions America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Canon U.S.A., Inc., is hosting two customer appreciation events, at the Hard Rock Café and Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse, in Chicago on September 9, 2013.

The events will be held during PRINT 13, an expo dedicated to all aspects of the printing industry. The “Full Color Tour” at the Hard Rock Café brings together Canon Solutions America’s Production Print and Large Format customers, teams, and third-party vendors to say thank you. The “VIP Event” at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse hosts Canon Solutions America’s Enterprise customers, and features a special appearance by Dan Hampton of the Chicago Bears.

“This event is more than just Canon Solutions America showing their appreciation,” said Lisa Arsenault, President of McArdle, a Canon Solutions America customer. “It’s an opportunity to meet other customers, get to know Canon’s partners, and talk to Canon executives. Building relationships – that’s what it’s all about.”

Customer and knowledge-sharing events are a regular part of how Canon Solutions America supports its customers. Not only do they provide an opportunity for customers to get to know the Canon Solutions America team, but also network with and learn from other businesses who share the same challenges and opportunities.

“These events are very important to us – and important to our customers,” said Toyotsugu Kuwamura, President of Canon Solutions America. “Our goal is to form a true community in the printing industry through our support of EDSf, involvement in the Soderstrom Awards Dinner, and showcasing how our customers are transforming their businesses. By working together and sharing information, we all become more successful.”

“At each of their events, Canon Solutions America is creating and strengthening a sense of community within the printing industry,” said Art Manzo, COO of GlobalSoft Digital Solutions. “We all have to work together to solve the simple and complex problems in our industry. Canon understands this and is taking an active role in securing the future of our business.”
