Secure Mobile Print

Integrated with NSi™ Output Manager™, NSi Mobile’s print capabilities now gives customers the flexibility to submit a print job from their smartphone or tablet into a virtual
print queue. Jobs can be submitted from outside or inside the firewall on both iOS and Android devices and do not rely upon any third-party hosted servers. Instead, NSi Mobile ensure a secure and direct connection between each device and the virtual print queue itself, under corporate IT’s complete control. Once at their destination, the user can release their print job at any printer on the company network. 

Microsoft SharePoint® Integration

Expanding on its file access capabilities, mobile workers can now securely browse

documents stored in Microsoft SharePoint sites from within the NSi Mobile client. Whether in the office or on the go, customers can use NSi Mobile to conveniently deliver stored documents from within SharePoint into a business process. Documents stored in SharePoint sites can also be selected from within NSi Mobile and delivered to the user’s secure print queue.

Great Southern Bank, headquartered in Springfield, MO, has been using Notable Solutions’ flagship product, NSi™ AutoStore™, to securely deliver business documents to the bank’s SharePoint system. Now, with NSi Mobile, they are able to extend the same business benefits to the banks mobile workers and provide easy access to corporate documentation while on the go. Additionally, they are also leveraging NSi™ Output Manager™ to seamlessly and securely deliver documents to printers throughout the company’s many branch offices.

Availability

NSi Mobile 6.2 is available now from the Apple App Store as well as Google Play. The NSi Mobile server is available for download through the AutoStore Software Update service for customers using AutoStore 6 Service Pack 1 or greater. Additional client licenses for use with NSi Mobile are required.
