In Time Tec, a global software company headquartered in Meridian, ID, recently released Asset Advisor, the latest addition to their MPS pre-sales application suite, Cartos Suite. Targeted towards MPS sales teams, fleet designers, and analysts, Asset Advisor allows users to identify device features and specifications utilizing In Time Tec’s database of over 12,000 devices, and find comparable devices based on selected filters.
“I’m excited to get Asset Advisor in the hands of more MPS providers,” said Product Manager Tyler Martindale. “Our initial beta went really well, and I was pleased to see just how fast and easy it was for users to get the information they needed about a device catalog, and finally end the hours of Googling for device specifications and printer features.”
Asset Advisor provides a graphical user interface to In Time Tec’s extensive Device Data Set and offers intelligent asset replacement recommendations. Users can upload a list of assets they are authorized to sell, and Asset Advisor will make a recommendation specific to their device list. With this tool, users no longer need to guess or Google the specifications of devices they encounter in the field.
