Muratec’s Scott Purdie was killed in an accident and I wanted to share the info for those of you that knew him. Here is a letter sent out to Muratec dealers from their President, Jim D’Emidio. RIP Scott. 🙁

Dear Muratec Dealers,

It is with profound sadness to inform you of Scott Purdie’s passing.  Scott was killed in a tragic bicycle accident last week.  Everyone at Muratec is shocked and in grief about the sudden passing of Scott.

Scott is survived by his wife Debbie and their 3 grown children, Chad, Jennifer and Justin.  Biking was one of Scott’s passions.  He was a devoted husband, father and member of The Church of Latter Day Saints.  Scott was a Muratec/Konica Minolta employee for a total of 18 years.

Celebration of Scott’s Life will be Friday, July 19th at 6:00pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 6655 East Preston Street, Mesa AZ.

Services are Saturday, July 20th at 10:00am at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 6655 East Preston Street, Mesa AZ
     – 9:00am-9:45am casket will be available for final respects
– Procession to cemetery to follow services
