I was honored to chair the inaugural meeting of the FORZA Best Practices Board this week in Arizona. Working with board members Terri Sonntag and Gary Rainsberger along with the MWA Intelligence and SAP Business One teams was rewarding.

As we collaborated and finalized configurations and implementation processes it was exciting to see the expanded FORZA running in SAP Business One Cloud powered by SAP HANA. This platform allows for a remarkable extensibility coupled with immediate access to massive amounts of data. Running FORZA provides the flexibility our industry has needed for decades.

Managing multiple disparate systems for each of our business functions creates an unnecessary overhead, excessive costs and a disconnect between business divisions. Unifying CRM/Sales, Service, Financial Accounting and Warehousing/Purchasing in FORZA with incredible analytics for business planning/reporting.
