CRN’s Women of the Channel Awards honors women whose channel expertise and vision are deserving of recognition. We are proud to announce that Ricoh’s Jennifer Healy (Director, Channel Marketing) was chosen for CRN’s 2020 list. Throughout her 25 years at Ricoh and 6 years in the channel, Jennifer has been instrumental in field marketing, strategic planning, vertical industries and continues to help with the execution of ConvergX, the Ricoh Family Group Partner Leadership Forum.

ConvergX, which centers on strategy, leadership and collaboration, took a new approach this year, tightening its focus on seamless partnership with dealers. Jennifer helped customize the show experience for dealers that was then used for proactive follow-ups based on strengths and areas of need identified during the event, empowering Ricoh to tailor its outreach. Ricoh’s goal within the channel is to be the #1 Dealer provider of customer value.  The keys to that success is commitment to helping dealers achieve business growth and helping them prepare for a strong future with solutions that optimize their business and technology that drives innovation.

With experience working on Ricoh’s overall channel transformation, Jennifer was also key to the development of Ricoh’s Dealer Business Continuity Playbook, gathering resources and providing guidance for all of Ricoh’s dealers looking to communicate with their customers during this challenging time. These resources include business process workflows, dealer training programs, secure document storage, and messaging for customers. By providing these immediate offerings, Ricoh dealers are equipped to meet the needs of their customers.

Jennifer also thrives as a mentor, especially with the women on the Ricoh team. Mentorship relationships can be used as an opportunity to both relate and build each other up, and Jennifer takes full advantage. Young women first entering the industry are greeted with her motto, “we are in this together.” Mentorship also allows Jennifer to gain unique insight into Ricoh from women in different positions with different perspectives, informing her well-rounded approach to making Ricoh an inclusive workplace for all.
