The Pros Elite Group, the Office Imaging Industries experts in sales and service benchmark execution and benchmark achievement will be addressing dealers at the BTA West, BTA East and the newly developed PROS Dealer Group meetings that are being held in August and September.

Pros Elite will be sharing information on the best practices required to achieve benchmark performance in the new hybrid service dealer organization. The Pros Elite Group works with over 200 dealer organizations throughout the world developing the execution skills necessary for high margin, elite levels of productivity and customer response. PEG has added over $60 million of additional service profit over the past 5 years.

The presentation to the new Pros Dealer Group will be focused on key executional steps to attain benchmark performance in profit, operational effectiveness and customer responsiveness. As with all Pros Elite presentations, we will provide information for dealers to take back and perform “snapshots” that are key indicators to profit and operational opportunities.

The presentation at BTA East will be held on Tuesday, September 16. Pros elite will be sharing information from its Sales Management Playbook that focuses on the Sales Management Processes and Execution skills that will be required to achieve Sales organization benchmark performance now and in the future. During the presentation Pros Elite will share skill development tools that are taught in Pros Elite Advanced Sales Management program that have led to record growth in its client companies.
