Too often these inefficiencies put pressure on IT to support a multitude of issues.

Such was the case with NORDJYSKE Medier, a Danish media group that publishes several newspapers, operates two radio stations, a round-the-clock TV channel, and a number of websites.

The group has approximately 600 employees and 11 primary locations. Together, Y Soft and Konica Minolta not only reduced their printing costs by 20% but also reduced IT print issues, met their environmental goals and improved worker productivity.
