Just about every company has a set of values. But does everyone dust them off, re-evaluate and actually make them a part of everyday business? We really do. When we interview new hires, our formal process include questions that evaluate the candidate’s fit according to our values, most times the candidate doesn’t even realize it. Our values are also part of our employee evaluation process. It’s also why we conduct an annual survey to ask our partners how we are doing. Those are just a few examples of how we live up to our values every day.
