Global Office Inc. recently held their annual holiday party overlooking some of San Francisco’s most iconic sights.

With over 300 customers registered to attend, Global took the opportunity to raise thousands of dollars for the local Boys and Girls Clubs and the San Francisco Food Cupboard.

It was also a good time to showcase some of the technology they represent. For example, checking in and printing your badge was done using Brother label printers and Canon had five people from HQ there to set up and run their AMLOS solution, live during the event.

According to the AMLOS website, AMLOS is an advanced camera-and-software suite that combines sophisticated PTZ (pan, tilt, and zoom) functionality with the power of facial and gesture recognition. Now remote users are able to customize their viewing experience to see what’s happening in the meeting room with clarity.

Global’s Steve Tarpley and Anthony Bishop chatted with IA’s Andy Slawetsky discussing their event, selling Canon and Brother and more.
