Streamline Your SAP® Printing: Enhance Security and Flexibility with uniFLOW sysHUB”

Enhanced output management capabilities increasing sysHUB’s print offering

  • Print job release via uniFLOW Online
  • Virtual input queues
  • Customizable print operator interface
  • Connect to Microsoft SharePoint® Online

sysHUB’s new uniFLOW Online adapter allows organizations to connect sysHUB and uniFLOW Online to benefit from secure office printing from ERP systems such as SAP®. To further improve sysHUB’s output management capabilities, virtual queues have been introduced to store print jobs prior to distribution and release from a printing device. More options have been added to customize sysHUB’s print operator interface so that, by adding or changing device and print job management options, administrators can fine-tune sysHUB’s usability and user experience. Additionally, sysHUB can now connect to Microsoft SharePoint® Online for storing/archiving documents once they have been processed by sysHUB.

uniFLOW Online integration

uniFLOW sysHUB provides advanced output management capabilities for automated transactional printing. In combination with uniFLOW Online, sysHUB offers secure ad-hoc printing from ERP systems such as SAP®. Print jobs submitted from SAP are sent to sysHUB for further processing then handed over to uniFLOW Online for secure release at any connected office device. Thanks to sysHUB’s SAP-certified integration, secured and advanced back-channel communication ensures data security from print job submission to release while simultaneously keeping the operator informed regarding job status.

Virtual input queues

To add support for distributed printing, virtual input queues can now be used to receive print files for later submission to a printing device. Operators can significantly increase their job management efficiency by collecting print jobs in dedicated input queues then move those jobs to a printing device with just a single click.

Customizable print operator interface

To accommodate different requirements for handling print workflows, the print operator interface can now be customized so that functionalities can be added to the operator view or the existing queue and device overview can be modified. This new functionality enables administrators to adjust sysHUB’s UI and output functionality to fit the print operator’s needs.

Connect to Microsoft SharePoint® Online

Companies can now connect sysHUB with their SharePoint Online instance for storing/archiving documents after processing them in sysHUB. Bi-directional communication allows both applications to download, upload, delete, read, and write documents, document metadata, and general information.
