SCHAUMBURG, IL, MERRILLVILLE, IN, and BROOKFIELD, WI, ISSUED NOVEMBER 20, 2023…For the 17th consecutive year, Pulse Technology (http://pulsetechnology.com) has been selected as an Elite Dealer Award winner by ENX Magazine/The Week in Imaginga national magazine which recognizes top technology and office equipment/imaging solutions dealers from across the United States through a nomination/evaluation process.

Pulse Technology, which incorporates the former Des Plaines Office Equipment and Kramer & Leonard McShane’s under its umbrella, serves Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin from multiple locations.

The Elite Dealer award is the annual “Who’s Who” of the office technology dealer community.

Each year, ENX Magazine judges Elite Dealer applicants on a number of criteria, from technical service excellence to marketing proficiency, growth initiatives, technology leadership, industry accolades and philanthropy.  Affinity Business Communications, the publisher of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week In Imaging, announced that profiles of the recipients of the 2023 Elite Dealers will be featured in the December issue of ENX Magazine.

ENX Magazine set the background for how they arrived at this year’s winners with these observations from Susan Neimes, publisher and manager of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging, and Erik Cagle, editorial director. “As 2023 saw the post-pandemic remnants of business disruptions—including supply chain shortages—slowly disappear, the dealer community pushed forward to not only retain and garner a larger share of the client wallet, but also increase their volume of net-new business. U.S. dealers continued to leverage product diversification strategies to supplement revenues, and this year’s list is a strong indication of their growth success. The 2023 Elite Dealers is arguably our most comprehensive, containing virtually all of the major dealerships across the nation, from sub-$5 million performers to $400 million-plus titans.”

“We believe this list is indicative of the strength and vibrancy of the dealer channel,” said Susan Neimes, adding, “Many dealers are enjoying double-digit growth, and while M&A activity appears to be declining, the channel is poised to continue building on the successes of the past year. I’m confident that the full resumption of post-pandemic business is taking hold, which has me excited for the future of this industry.”

Erik Cagle added, “We’ve added some significant players to this year’s list, which adds credibility to its distinction as the only ‘who’s who’ directory for the dealer channel. I think the growth trends illustrate how dealer leadership continues to leverage the complete breadth of opportunities that can enable them to become that single, trusted source for delivering products and services to clients that address the full needs of the office and beyond.”

ENX Magazine is a monthly publication dedicated to the office technology and document imaging industry since 1994. ENX Magazine continues to deliver exclusive editorial coverage on market opportunities and issues, news and trends, company profiles, new products, and industry insights.
