Brookfield Based Document Management And Imaging Company

Expands Beyond Metro Milwaukee Area

BROOKFIELD, WI – James Imaging Systems, a Brookfield-based provider of document imaging systems and related support services, today announced that it has acquired the Wisconsin-based operations of Ross Imaging LLC of Illinois.

Under the agreement, James Imaging Systems will become the owner and operator of the Ross Imaging offices in Sheboygan and Appleton and begin serving customers in the Fox River Valley area in Outagamie, Brown and Door counties as well as in Manitowoc and Sheboygan counties and the surrounding areas.

The Sheboygan and Appleton branches will continue to operate as Ross Imaging and be wholly-owned divisions of James Imaging Systems.

“Ross Imaging has built a strong presence in the Sheboygan and Appleton areas, and this acquisition puts us in a positive position to grow our business beyond our base in the metropolitan Milwaukee area,” said Tom Tegeder, President of James Imaging Systems. “Our success in serving small, medium and large companies with a total document management solution is a strong business model that will provide measurable benefits to a new group of customers, and we are excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents.”

Tegeder said that he expects all of the nearly 30 Ross Imaging Wisconsin employees to be offered opportunities to stay with the new ownership and noted that he plans to build off the success Ross already has achieved in the area.

“I chose James Imaging Systems because it was important that our customers be assisted by a Wisconsin family-owned business that is dedicated to the local community,” said Rich Cucco, Managing Partner and Founder at Imagetec, the previous owner of Ross Imaging. ”I am confident that James Imaging Systems’ commitment to outstanding customer service will help Ross Imaging customers be more productive and profitable and help advance the careers of our employees.”
