uniFLOW in hybrid mode offers a flexible setup for a secure print and scan environment. uniFLOW 2022v3 builds on the hybrid platform, allowing IT to deploy a single SmartClient to provide seamless, secure printing regardless of location, cloud or server, across the organization. In addition, several improvements have been introduced in this release, including reestablishing communication to a lost connection between the uniFLOW server and uniFLOW Online, a brand new Therefore Online/ 2019 wizard and the uniFLOW applet is now pre-installed on PlotWave/ColorWave wide format printers. 
One driver, one print queue for cloud and server locations
uniFLOW in hybrid mode offers the flexibility to deploy the uniFLOW server and uniFLOW Online at different locations to meet specific printing and scanning needs. This environment requires a separate print queue for each location which can be a burden for the IT department. For users travelling between locations it can lead to frustration if they select the wrong print queue for the location they are currently in. With uniFLOW 2022v3, this issue has been eliminated as it is now possible to deploy a single driver that can be used for both cloud and server locations. If a user is in a server location, their print jobs are processed on the server, and if the user travels to a cloud location and prints, the print job is processed by uniFLOW Online, all from one driver and one print queue. As a result, the organization can now benefit from reduced user confusion, not having to decide which queue to select anymore, and reduced support calls assisting users.
Awesome improvements
A brand new “Therefore Online/2019” scan workflow wizard is now available, supporting the latest Therefore/Therefore Online releases and features and including the secure OAuth authentication. Also, we’ve made it easy for administrators to restore the connection between the uniFLOW server and uniFLOW Online in case it got lost. Furthermore, the uniFLOW embedded applet used for secure release of drawings on PlotWave/ColorWave wide format printers, is now pre-installed on those devices making roll-out much more simple.
