Konica Minolta has unveiled more details on its presence at Labelexpo in Brussels, Belgium, from 11th to 14th September, where it will showcase important new developments that will enable converters to ignite more possibilities in labels and packaging, two of the biggest growth markets in printing.

On its stand (C21/22, Hall 8), Konica Minolta will be presenting state-of-the-art software and service capabilities, as well as the latest hardware solutions, all built on global expertise and local delivery. Developed with Danish-based Grafisk Maskinfabrik (GM), Konica Minolta will be showcasing the full production workflow for the label converting and packaging industry.

Konica Minolta will be presenting the AccurioLabel 400 single-pass digital press to a broad, global audience at Labelexpo. Launched just nine months ago, it delivers a new level of enhanced print quality for converters, as well as benefits such as running cost reductions and the ability to expand applications with white toner. The toner press offers improved productivity with superfast print speeds of up to almost 40 metres per minute. It is available in 4- and 5-colour configurations.

The Konica Minolta and MGI Digital Technology Industrial Print stand will showcase end-to-end Industry 5.0 Ecosystems with partners like ePS, OneVision, IIJ, GM and more. To enable customers to produce variable data printing with high visual impact labels, Konica Minolta combines pre-and post-press solutions provided as turnkey offerings. The AccurioLabel 400 will be among five running systems for Konica Minolta, European market leader and multi-award winner in digital label press systems. Another involves the toner-based entry-level AccurioLabel 230 press being configured with GM’s DC330Mini, connected in-line with the label press. This exhibit will also include an innovative and state-of-the-art inkjet customisation project in combination with partner Industrial Inkjet Ltd (IIJ).

MGI’s JETvarnish 3D Web Compact and Octopus Web machines, together with Konica Minolta’s PKG-1300 – designed for corrugated manufacturers, converters, printers, and brand owners looking for short-run digital inkjet box printing – will complete the hardware line-up.

As part of showcasing the full label production cycle, Konica Minolta’s comprehensive software suites – including AccurioPro Flux and AccurioPro Dashboard – and service capabilities will be spotlighted, together with partner solutions.

We have a proven track record of worldwide customer adoption of the Konica Minolta AccurioLabel solutions with more than 1,200 units installed. We have been able to create long term partnerships with converters to grow their digital on-demand industrial label production
