Reviewers on the Gartner Peer Insights platform describe Kyocera’s MPS as fruitful and cost-effective, and also commended the improvements it helped them to make in their environmental footprint.

In the Gartner Peer Insights ‘Voice of the Customer’: Managed Print Services in the Digital Workplace report, Kyocera Document Solutions received the highest ranking with overall rating of 4.9/5 and was also recognized as a Customers’ Choice in the categories of Midsize Enterprise, Services Industry, and in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa regions.

To break Kyocera’s success down into more detail, Kyocera’s service ranked highest in the categories of Evaluation and Contracting, Planning and Transition, and Delivery and Execution.
