COCONUT CREEK, Fla., August 13, 2015 – Insight Television Productions is proud to present a special four part mini-series of Operation Build: Labor of Love a Ronald McDonald House Makeover. The show welcomes Xerox to the project with Part Four airing September 12.

The staff office at the Ronald McDonald House will be getting a fresh new look  and an office technology transformation courtesy of Xerox Corporation. The technology transformation is based upon several Xerox® ConnectKey® Technology-enabled devices, including the WorkCentre 3655 black-and-white printer, and the WorkCentre 6655 and the WorkCentre 7830 Color Multifunction Printers (MFP). In addition, several ConnectKey Apps on the devices will help streamline commonly used workflows to simplify the day-to-day operations of the RMDH staff and bring new conveniences to families who are staying at RMDH, balancing sometimes stressful health situations with the need to remain connected to their jobs and families. These convenient workflows include mobile print capabilities that enable the staff and residents to print from any mobile device to any of the Xerox machines, for greater convenience and flexibility in printing mission-critical healthcare-related or other documents.

Xerox ConnectKey is an award-winning technology ecosystem that provides a simple, secure way to get critical information to where it is needed.

“With ConnectKey, Xerox is thinking beyond the hardware and building technology and software solutions that solve the bigger problems organizations – such as the RMDH – are having with their documents,” said Siddhartha “Sid” Bhattacharya, head of Technology Marketing & Competitive Intelligence. Office Systems Business Group, Global Technology Delivery Group, Xerox Corporation “With ConnectKey, the MFP becomes a bridge that connects people with the information they need across devices, locations and systems, fundamentally improving the way they work to increase productivity and efficiency.”

“The staff at the Ronald McDonald House gives so much of their time and energy to helping families through a very stressful time,” said Lysa Liemer, executive producer of Operation Build. “It’s a wonderful thing to be about to work with Xerox to give the deserving staff a much needed tech upgrade.”

Xerox will appear on Operation Build’s Labor Of Love Special Saturday, September 12, 2015 7:30 a.m. ET/PT on the History Channel and again Saturday, September 19, at 7:30 a.m. ET/PT on the H2.
