Lexmark’s XM5200 and XM7200 series MFPs are now available providing a refresh to the previous generations models, XM5100 series and XM7100 series. These new devices provide an easy and cost-effective upgrade opportunity with a lower cost per page and improved printing performance, more memory, secure hard disks and AccuRead OCR.
XM5200 Series Overview:
The versatile and intuitive XM5200 series offers fast, quality mono output and productivity-boosting speed. The XM5263 replaces the XM5163 and has more memory standard with 1.5 GB. The XM5270 replaces the XM5170 and has 2 GB memory, hard disk, and AccuRead OCR solution standard.

XM7200 Series Overview:
Exceptional multifunctional performance in mono printing, the XM7200 series delivers a variety of powerful, customizable options. The XM7263 replaces the XM7163 and has AccuRead OCR standard and 2GB standard memory standard, increased from 1 GB. The XM7270 replaces the XM7170 and has AccuRead OCR standard, 2 GB standard memory standard and 4 year parts warranty. The XM7270 offers a new toner cartridge that helps achieve a lower cost per page than the predecessor model.
In addition to these new features, the XM7200 series continues the following features:
