This distinction recognizes Toshiba resellers who meet and exceed the company’s rigorous standards for client support success.
Toshiba’s ProMasters Elite Certification program specifically measures authorized resellers across three areas imperative in delivering a high-quality customer experience: exceptional service, training and customer support. Toshiba conducts the recertification of each Toshiba Elite dealer on an annual basis.
