Kyocera employees who participated in the Great Place To Work’s Trust Index™ survey used words like “people,” “philosophy,” “team,” and “family” to describe what makes Kyocera a great workplace.

Furthermore, 88% of Kyocera employees surveyed said they were made to feel welcome when they joined the company; 89% said they are able to take time off from work when they think it’s necessary; 83% said they are proud to tell others they work here; and 82% said they feel they make a difference here. These employee sentiments confirm that Kyocera has established itself as a place where talented people feel valued, connected, and inspired. They also highlight how the company’s philosophy of doing the right thing as a human being is embedded in its DNA.
