OfficeXpress employs 650 people and has offices in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Benelux and Italy. The UK team had been selling Xerox Supplies for non-Xerox printers for a while but they sensed that greater opportunities existed.

Then they tried something new. It all centred on that most elusive but essential item in a sales person’s toolbox – confidence. More specifically, it was about each individuals’ confidence in their ability, confidence in their approach and confidence in the product. Suddenly, it all came together.
