Midland-based Zeno Office Solutions, Inc., known for its leadership in office technology and outstanding customer service, has acquired UCI Lubbock, an Amarillo-based technology solutions and document shredding provider. The acquisition, announced on June 1, 2023, is a strategic move to expand Zeno’s thriving operations in the Permian Basin, stretching from Midland to Odessa, TX. This development also underscores Zeno’s commitment to enhancing its service delivery to its rapidly expanding customer base in the West Texas region.

The acquisition of UCI Lubbock enables Zeno Office Solutions to offer an even more comprehensive range of services to its South Plains clients. Co-President of Zeno Office Solutions, Brantly Fowler, highlighted the company’s anticipation and readiness to serve Lubbock’s businesses; “We have called Midland and Odessa home for 24 years and have built and grown our entire operation around our core values. Lubbock is an area we have been looking to move to for over 10 years but we never felt like the timing was right. After a lot of prayer, planning and observing the marketplace we felt like the time to be here is now. Lubbock businesses deserve to be spoiled rotten, just like our customers in Midland/Odessa and its surrounding areas have been for 24 years. There is no question Lubbock is a growing place and is in need of what we offer. We already have incredible team members here and I couldn’t be more excited about this new location.”

Michael Humphries, Co-President of Zeno, further elaborated on the benefits of this strategic acquisition. “The UCI Lubbock acquisition allows us to serve our current customer base in the Permian Basin with an entire new service offering in shredding services which we are very excited about,” said Michael Humphries, Co-President. “This is just another step in the long term controlled growth plan we have in place.”
