Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd is returning to the Schools & Academies Show, under the theme of ‘Your Trusted Print Partner in Education’, alongside its software partners – PaperCut and Intuitive – to teach schools how to print smarter, greener, and more securely. The event is taking place on 19th and 20th November 2025 at the NEC Birmingham.

As a trusted print partner to the education sector, Konica Minolta supports schools, academies, and colleges across the UK in transforming their print environments – driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving data security through intelligent print management and workflow automation.

Visitors to stand D36 will learn how Konica Minolta’s print partnership can simplify print management by centralising control, reducing waste, and streamlining workflows across all devices. The team will be helping schools to promote sustainability and support their environmental goals by reducing paper usage, power consumption, and toner waste.

Attendees will also discover how Intuitive dashboards and PaperCut analytics provide greater transparency and insight across their print operations. With growing concerns around data protection, Konica Minolta will showcase how its solutions help ensure UK GDPR compliance and safeguard staff and student information. Ultimately, the goal is to help schools work smarter, not harder, by freeing up valuable time and resources so educators can focus on teaching and learning.

On the stand, visitors can experience the latest in print innovation with live demonstrations of the bizhub C4065 production print device and the bizhub C4051i office MFP (multifunctional printer) – both designed to deliver outstanding quality, speed, and reliability for busy school environments. Visitors will also have the opportunity to print their own  bespoke A3 wall calendars live on the stand, and to explore PaperCut and Intuitive dashboards in action through hands-on demos.

Konica Minolta will also be joined by representatives from ACPME (Association of Creative and Print Managers in Education), who will be available to discuss the benefits of joining their organisation, as well as offering a year’s free membership to any organisation that signs up at the show, and sharing details of an exciting upcoming joint event.

In addition to showcasing technology, Konica Minolta is also celebrating its recent win in the PaperCut EDU Hero Contest, recognising its commitment to sustainability and innovation in education. As part of this achievement, the company will nominate a UK primary or secondary school to receive a £5,000 donation, revealing the winning school during the show.

“As a trusted print partner to education providers across the UK, we’re excited to return to the Schools & Academies Show with our partners and customers. This year’s theme – Your Trusted Print Partner in Education – reflects our long-standing commitment to helping schools simplify print, reduce costs, and meet their sustainability goals.”
