Rick Dirks wasn’t exactly dragged kicking and screaming when he moved his dealership, Medicine Lodge, Kansas-based Office Solutions, to the cloud-based version of e-automate. Still, he didn’t do it with boundless enthusiasm either.

“We had run e-automate on a server for 18 years, and we were spoiled,” he says with a wry smile. “I was afraid that e-automate on the cloud would be slower than what we were used to and that the move would make for other issues that we didn’t need.”
