From GRAPH EXPO 15 to GRAPH EXPO 16: GAM Graphics and Marketing, Heeter, MGX Copy and VISOgraphic Inc. Strengthen Relationships, Continue Success with Ricoh

ORLANDO, Fla., Sept. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — (GRAPH EXPO 16, Booth #2035) — Ricoh USA, Inc. today announced four customers who have expanded their relationships with Ricoh since GRAPH EXPO 15, driven by Ricoh’s strong commitment to help them reach their business goals. GAM Graphics and Marketing, Heeter, MGX Copy and VISOgraphic Inc. have made significant strides since announcing their successes with Ricoh – so much so that each customer has added RICOH Pro C9100 series platforms to its operation. These established businesses sought to implement reliable technology in the 301,000 to 999,000 duty cycle range and ultimately decided on Ricoh’s proven solutions in this segment thanks to the platforms’ long-sheet, high-volume and high-speed capabilities.

“Ricoh’s commitment to my business is evident each and every day,” saidNathaniel Grant, President, GAM Graphics and Marketing, who added a five-colorRICOH Pro C7110X series platform to his shop last year. “Thanks to this level of trust, I’ve invested more in equipment and software through Ricoh – including a new RICOH Pro C9110 and an additional RICOH Pro C7110x digital press, finishing equipment and color management solutions. This centralized approach has allowed us to streamline from job acceptance to production right on through finishing and delivery. It’s incredible how Ricoh has helped grow our capabilities, from adding five-color options to workhorse high-volume presses, and it’s been received very well by our clients.”

“Ricoh’s insight in the production space is invaluable to us,” said Scott Heeter, President, Heeter, who added a versatile RICOH Pro VC60000 next-generation continuous feed inkjet platform previously and recently installed two RICOH Pro C9110 presses. “Seeing the opportunities their solutions present, to reduce touch points, take advantage of variable data capabilities, drive cost efficiencies and much more, makes a strong case for working with Ricoh. Our customers expect accuracy, engagement and impact from the applications we produce for them. With Ricoh on our side, we are able to consistently deliver.”

“MGX Copy has partnered with Ricoh for the last four plus years, and honestly, it’s been a tremendous experience,” said Lawrence Chou, Chief Executive Officer of MGX Copy who added a seventh RICOH Pro C9110 this year. “Our team is fully committed to delivering a seamless customer experience with quick turnaround times. Ricoh is the partner we can trust to roll up their sleeves and work with us to exceed those our valued customers’ expectations.”

“From the beginning, Ricoh has exceeded our expectations,” said Bob Dahlke Jr., Principal, VISOgraphic, who added a RICOH Pro C9110 series platform last year for its various capabilities. “It’s outstanding that the Ricoh team is able to continue exceeding those expectations, even as we work more closely with them and explore more of Ricoh’s capabilities. Beyond hardware that meets our customers’ demands, Ricoh representatives really listen to our needs and offer a level of service that instills confidence and trust. It only made sense to go back to the well, so to speak, working with Ricoh and adding another RICOH Pro C9110.”

While each of these companies’ business models and goals vary, Ricoh’s versatile production team and portfolio have been able to serve them all, helping them to both generate new business and adapt to growth.

“As far as challenges go, needing new solutions that can scale with your business’s ongoing growth is a good one to have,” said John Fulena, Vice President, Production Printing Business Group, Ricoh USA, Inc. “We’re pleased to continue to help our customers take on their specific challenges, so they can continue their growth successfully into the future and uncover new revenue streams without missing a beat.”
