Hosted by experienced technical trainers from Parts Now (a division of LMI Solutions), each course features a hands-on approach with 1 printer for every two students to ensure participants receive practical experience repairing each device.
Upon completion, technicians will be able to service 95% of the problems they encounter so they can be knowledgeable, efficient and cost effective in the field.
Printer Service Training classes include the following objectives:
- Diagnosing printer issues
- Reducing service call times
- Ordering the appropriate parts (if/when needed)
- Eliminating repeat service calls
- Improving customer satisfaction
Registration closes November 18th with classes held at LMI’s new training facility in Phoenix the week of December 5th to 9th.
