With over 20 years’ experience in the print industry, Louella Fernandes is a respected and globally recognised analyst with a particular interest in the impact of digital technologies. She is currently Associate Director for Print Services and Solutions at Quocirca.

Louella specialises in analysing the managed print services (MPS) market and its evolution to incorporate broader market requirements, including enterprise content management (ECM), business process services (BPS) and IT services (ITS). She also regularly reports on trends in mobile printing, document security and workflow, customer communications management (CCM) and production printing.

Her research and consulting experience includes strategic and competitive analysis, partner strategy and end-user requirements.

Prior to joining Quocirca in 2006, Louella worked as a senior print research analyst with Romtec (now GFK) then spent ten years at Canon Europe, where she was European developer relations manager. She has a BSc Honours degree in Computer Science from Aston University in the UK.
